Certscape and Trovio Partner to Advance Renewable Gas, Sustainable Fuel, and Green Metal Emissions Certification
4 Mar 2025

Sydney, Australia – 04/03/2025 – Certscape, a pioneer in automated emissions reporting and certification, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Trovio, APAC’s leading digital registry provider for environmental assets.
Together, they aim to redefine how sustainability credentials for end-product emissions are managed, tracked, and verified across complex renewable environmental commodity supply chains.
The collaboration will leverage Certscape’s automated reporting capabilities alongside Trovio’s CorTenX registry technology—an API-first, highly interoperable solution designed to seamlessly connect with ERP & CRM systems, MRV providers, and exchanges. This powerful combination will streamline both pre-production certification assurance and operational certificate generation for projects in Australia and abroad, providing a secure, transparent end-to-end pathway for emissions data to flow seamlessly from source to registry.
“This partnership is about more than just technology—it’s about providing wholly trusted market infrastructure,” said Chris Lyndon, CEO of Certscape. “By combining Certscape’s automated data ingestion capabilities with Trovio’s robust registry platform, we’re creating an end-to-end solution that gives producers, regulators, and corporate sustainability leaders confidence in the integrity of their commodity emissions certificates.”
The joint effort will set the stage for a simplified certification process for renewable fuel, gas, and materials such as renewable hydrogen, sustainable aviation fuel, biomethane, and green metals . This will reduce administrative burdens and improve the accuracy and auditability of reporting the emissions of these products. Both companies share a vision of making emissions certification not just a compliance exercise but a strategic advantage for businesses navigating the transition to a low-carbon economy.
“Trovio’s expertise in secure registry solutions, paired with Certscape’s certification reporting automation, will offer a step-change in how environmental credentials are captured and managed,” said Jon Deane, CEO of Trovio. “ This partnership underscores the efficiency, transparency, and accountability that CorTenX enables in environmental markets, demonstrating its open, API-driven interoperability with global data capture and certification ecosystems”
As demand for credible, verifiable sustainability data grows globally, Certscape and Trovio are positioned to help organisations meet evolving regulatory requirements while driving meaningful climate action and commercial outcomes.
